Meet The Facilitators
Mama. Student. Teacher. Devotee. Astrologer. Healer.
In a chamber of perpetual transformation, to tell you who I am is to tell you who I was. The current metamorphosis I find myself in makes it challenging to write an accurate story of who I am.
After traveling the globe in search of Spiritual sights, teachers and experiences, the best teacher I have found is life experience itself. Daily connection with meditation, the moon, the Earth and our solar system, remembering to admit "I don't know" leads to deeper listening & surrender. I relate more to that of a Seeker who returns to share what she found on her journey, than the role of a teacher. Yet, I recognize that I teach. Not by telling, but by being. All I can share is who I am and what I have found to be true for me.
I hope to sit with you, to share with you and to listen. I'm sure it will be magic.

“Exploration is the essence of the human spirit.” ~Frank Borman
The elemental desire to explore is what brought Lindsey to the practice of yoga. Possessing a deep curiosity of the human body and mind, as well as the vibrating wave of information that underpins our existence, Lindsey stepped into her first yoga training in 2008 and has never looked back. The information she gained from that initial training sparked a life journey to gain more wisdom through knowledge and life experience. She has since attended numerous yoga trainings around the world, and was eventually guided to the Yoga Nidra practice in a 300-Hour training facilitated by Ally Bogard, Celeste Needham and Tanis Fishman. Fascinated by the experience of exploring alternate realms of existence, and with the recognition that we are absolutely the creators of our own life, Lindsey has continued her study of Yoga Nidra under the guidance of Tanis, and is passionate about sharing this practice with others.
With her love of the practice, her dharma of holding others in their highest, and the responsibility to share the teachings that she has so humbly acquired, Lindsey hopes to inspire others to realize the vast sea of potential that lives within their being.
Lindsey is an E-RYT 500 and has been leading teacher trainings throughout Canada since 2013.
Kristen explores life on and off the mat with open arms and an unflinching, soft heart. She cherishes her yogic experiences as a means for connection to her community and to her own mind, body and spirit.

She has directed her energies toward deepening her practice and teaching skills to Seniors, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga. Kristen is propelled by the joy and wonder her students shine back to her from their own personal journeys on the mat.
The gathering of different genders, ages, and variant backgrounds, weaved into a kaleidoscope of communal experience is what inspires Heather to teach. She loves the dance of human connection. There is a willingness with Heather to search through the layers of life’s imprints and tap into that place that unites all of our soul’s. It is this that keeps her hunting to know thyself and connecting with others through the power of spirit.
Heather was first drawn to explore the illuminative world of yoga through meditation and prayer which cultivated a passion to delve into the many facets of this ancient practice. Heather’s teachings works within the framework of our daily lives. She understands that every moment is an opportunity to understand ourselves and push the parameters of our growth. Using the landscape of the physical body Heather paints the canvas using the qualities of the masculine/feminine, sensations/feelings and the sparkling vastness all around.
Heather has a willingness to observe unbiasedly and to see beyond seeing. “Our strength should not act as a shield but rather give power to open our hearts and encourage compassion and integrity to spread into our lives and communities”.
For over 12 years she has co-led teachers trainings, workshops, classes, and retreats throughout western Canada. Heather is a EYT 500 teacher and has articles written in Elephant Journal, Gaiam, The Fernie Fix and more. She is the co-founder of yoganetra.com.
The true meaning of Yoga (Union), as my path is consistently delivering me to the shores of the unexpected. Where I trade my plotted expectations for freedom as it illuminates the beauty, loveliness,
vulnerable, clinging, fearful expressions of life, and more so, the filters from which I experience life through. Awareness has become the thread stitching all parts of the path together. As I weave, I am ever
grateful to my teachers, peers, students, family and friends for their consistent deliverance to the universal lesson of allowance, as there is no greater space for all parts, all beings to reside than in the
space of the unconditioned heart.
